Vertical Pull Snare Strainer (Throw-off) & Butt Plate

The Pearl SR-012 Vertical Pull Snare Strainer is a basic piece of drum equipment, activating and deactivating the snare wires on a snare drum by flipping the throw-off switch up or down. The motion is perpendicular to the drum. A knurled tension adjustment knob lets you fine-tune how tightly or loosely the snare wires contact the head when activated. A butt plate is included to give the rear side of the snare wires an anchor.
